Awesome people, answered all my questions. They held the rig I wanted for over a week with my deposit. I drove 9 hours to see these guys vs. anyone else. I did that cause they take care of their customers and I trust them. Ill be back to buy more toys!

Renegade is great. I've worked with Fernando most recently and he has been awesome. I happened to stop in about 15 minutes before they closed on a holiday weekend and he didn't act bothered at all. Actually, he went above and beyond to help me out and ended up staying late to make sure I was good to go. No pushy sales tactics at all. I've spoken with a handful of other dealerships around Utah and none of them took the time to explain options or work with my budget like Fernando at Renegade has. Very up-front and honest about everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you out. Renegade also took care of my last RZR and always did quality work. I've never had any problems. One time they did break one of the side mirrors while they were doing an oil change on it. I pointed it out when I picked it up and they went and grabbed a new one right off the shelf for me. No questions asked.

I called and talked to parts for some valve seals and even though they said they only had 1 when I needed 4 they managed to find what I needed. I went into the store same day to pick up and they had them up front and ready for me already and was greeted the moment I approached the counter. Thank you! Good experience!

I bought a new 750 Suzuki GSXS the bike is great and the experience was ok, it seemed like they only wanted to use one credit union for service so I had to unnecessarily wait for them to figure it out. I was not even offered to test drive the bike to make sure I wanted it? What no test drive very rude, this ties into once you buy something your stuck with it no give backs or trade ins without loss of value. Also many hidden fees I even paid thier delivery charge... why ? Should have been delivered to my house, assembly fee? Hmmm, doc fee, many more ask up front about hidden fees no will mention them til your signing and they present it like you have no choice at that point. Just like the warranties they assume you'll buy no thanks these things I feel should be up front because it's my money. Not talking about them feels deceptive and manipulative but other then that great experience thank you.
